All deer designs are packed in a box inside a padded envelope and will be shipped via USPS. you can opt for first class or priority shipping at checkout. free shipping on purchases over $125.00. all items will be shipped within 2 days upon receipt of payment. you will be notified with a tracking number once the item ships.

return policy

If an item is unsatisfactory upon arrival, contact me immediately so we can set up a return. contact with deer designs must be made within 2 days of receiving your item. you will receive a full refund, minus shipping, once the item is returned to me in unused and perfect condition. if an exchange is desired, contact deer designs within 2 days of receiving your item, and we can arrange the specifics~
